1 · Frame the business need

2 · Design the system

3 · Secure and operate

Limits and prohibited actionsWhat the agent must never do alone: send, pay, delete, publish, decide about a person…Human approval ruleWho approves what, with which context? If nobody answers or doubt remains: deny by default.Test setList at least 5 cases: normal, ambiguous, incomplete, malicious and tool failure. Add the expected result.Pilot planScope, owner, duration, budget, monitoring, stop threshold and go/no-go decision.
